GSIoT samples for NETMF 4.3 (Beta 1 for Mountaineer)

After we released our first public Mountaineer 4.3 beta release, here are now the samples of my book adapted to NETMF 4.3 on the one hand, and to the Mountaineer Ethernet Mainboard hard-ware on the other hand (a Netduino Plus 2 version is due within the next couple of weeks).

HelloXively for Netduino Plus 2 (NETMF 4.2)

As Pachube has been renamed to Cosm and then to Xively, the question has come up what changes are needed for the examples. Fortunately very few! Thanks to Tony Scarpelli for putting a new version together and testing it! GSIoT samples for NETMF 4.2 (RC2 for Netduino Plus 2 & Mountaineer)

In time for Christmas there is now release candidate 2 of the GSIoT samples for NETMF 4.2 (QFE2). This time both for Mountaineer Ethernet mainboards and for the Netduino Plus 2.

GSIoT samples for NETMF 4.2 (RC1 for Mountaineer boards)

The official stable firmware release for the Netduino Plus is still v4.1.0.6. My examples assume release v4.1.1, for which there is still only a beta 1 release available. The only visible difference is that v4.1.1 supports the correct polarity of the onboard switch, i.e., pressed buttons return true instead of false. If and when a final v4.1.1 ships, I'll retest my examples.
