The official stable firmware release for the Netduino Plus is still v4.1.0.6. My examples assume release v4.1.1, for which there is still only a beta 1 release available. The only visible difference is that v4.1.1 supports the correct polarity of the onboard switch, i.e., pressed buttons return true instead of false. If and when a final v4.1.1 ships, I'll retest my examples.
There already exist release candidates for NETMF 4.2 compatible firmware for Netduino Plus. This release provides standardized support for analog inputs, with an API that is somewhat different from the earlier Netduino-specific API. I have updated my code for this current release of the .NET Micro Framework. Most examples are not affected, only those that use analog inputs.
At the same time, I have updated the Pachube examples to reflect the name change from Pachube to Cosm.
When the final release of the NETMF 4.2 firmware for Netduino Plus ships, I'll test and then publish my updated examples.
For buyers of our own Mountaineer boards, I have already adapted and tested the samples. You can download them from my download page.
